Write to us if a figure on a page is wrong, a casino’s terms have changed, or you spot a broken link. We correct pages when the source supports the correction.
We cannot help with account problems at a casino: contact the operator’s support, and see our complaint ladder for what to do next. For gambling help call the Gambling Helpline 0800 654 655.
What to include: the page address, what you expected to see, and where you found the figure that disagrees. A screenshot helps when the difference is in a table or a calculator result.
We do not take payment to change a figure, add a casino or remove a downside. Corrections are made from sources, and the date at the top of each page moves only when the text changes.
